Rights & Ownership
AWE controls or represents both master and publishing for select works unless otherwise noted. Each track includes full metadata: ISRC, writers, publishers, PRO affiliations, ownership and splits. Need exclusivity or buyout? Ask for terms and availability.
Trademark and brand: “AWE” and associated marks, logos, and trade dress are the exclusive property of AWE. The artist name “m” and related products, artworks, and brand assets are owned or exclusively represented by AWE unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Contributing artists: Masters, compositions, artworks, and derivative products created by our roster are owned by their respective creators and/or AWE as per signed agreements; AWE acts as owner and/or authorized rights holder for licensing and exploitation. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
By obtaining a license from AWE, you receive only the rights expressly granted in the license confirmation. All other rights are reserved. For full legal terms, please review our Terms of Service.

How fast can I get a license?
We pride ourselves on speed. For most standard requests, we can issue a quote and license agreement within the same business day. If you have an urgent deadline, please mark your request as "URGENT".
Do you provide stems?
Yes. Almost all our tracks have stems available. If they aren't immediately downloadable, we can bounce and transfer them within hours of your request.
Is your music royalty-free?
No, our catalog is Rights Managed. This ensures exclusivity and quality control. You pay a license fee to use the music, which protects your project from copyright claims and ensures our artists are fairly compensated.
What if I receive a copyright claim on YouTube?
If you have a valid license from us, simply forward the claim details to sync@awecomp.com. We will whitelist your video or channel immediately. We use Content ID to protect our artists, but we clear licensed usage promptly.
